Todd san, I have never had the enclination to visit Japan.....however if I ever do it will be in large part to your unbridaled enthusiasum for the Japanese culture. Hell, your descriptions and pictures of the food are enough to get this fat man's attention and sparks enthusiasum (small sparks)up for a trip some day.....my gums are sweating just thinking about it.
